A proper introduction to Word for Woman!

Hello everybody, I hope you’re enjoying some beautiful spring days there!

I’m participating with Word for Woman in another challenge organized by Coffee Times Magazine this month, where the task is giving words to WHY readers should read this newsletter. I thought joining that challenge would be a great way to continue developing Word for Woman - and also help me grow as a writer. 

Writing my why-to-read-Word-for-Woman-essay, I started pondering about something pretty crucial: my vision for Word for Woman. It's good to have a vision, no? I guess it’s essential, I just didn’t think about it so consciously before. But there IS a vision, and so I wanted to share that part of my challenge essay with you!

Is it possible to unravel the alchemy of feminine self-realization?

It's not easy being true to ourselves in the meetings with our world. And as women, I think being ourselves is often harder – due to the plethora of ideas of how we should look and behave that is being bombarded on us from a very young age.

My personal journey to find a way to live in integrity with myself has taken many shifts and turns. In 2017 I threw myself out in a deep and challenging life reconstruction, and I'm now rebuilding my life in a way that actually works for me. For the first time in my life, I have a sense of moving in a direction that’s in alignment for me, and I'm succeeding in manifesting my creative visions. It's hard to put in words how amazing that feels!

As my life began moving into my heart’s direction, I started finding myself in cafés and on living room floors; chatting with women who are in the same situation as I was in five years ago: Feeling like they are not living the lives they came here to explore.

And I feel them so deeply. I feel their pain, their desperation, their fear. Cause what's the point of life if we cannot find the space to explore it in a way that feels interesting and meaningful to us? Really?

It was these conversations that prompted me to begin exploring the alchemy of feminine self-realization, and the keys to reclaim our personal power as women.

I wondered if it was possible to unravel the ingredients involved for women to really be OURSELVES – and create lives that are expressions of our highest choices?

And this exploration grew into Word for Woman – letters on sexuality, shadow work and conscious relating.

Loving woman = sustainable world

Through Word for Woman my aim is to share self-help keys for feminine empowerment. I envision the newsletter will be interesting for those of you who are

1. Curious to explore your sexuality and the powers of it – and shake off your sexual conditioning

2. Open to dive the depths of your shadow self

3. Eager to relate to others and yourself in as much integrity as possible

4. Looking for adjustments points to build a life that express your highest choices!

Now, just to state the essence of this: I love seeing my sisters reclaiming their sense of empowerment, and stepping into their deep-felt, loving and sensual selves!

But my vision… goes far beyond supporting our feminine happiness:

I believe that supporting women of our societies to feel happy and empowered and at ease with their sexuality and their feeling self: Is the very key to our sustainable future.
